Ready for
the unexpected.
Tell us what you’re dealing with. If you’re not sure we do what you need, call or text and ask.
What’s the
situation?
Pick the one closest to what’s happening and we’ll point you to the next step.
My vehicle broke down
Car won’t start or won’t make it home? We’ll help you figure out the next step and get it where it needs to go.
I’m stuck off the road
In a ditch, snowbank, or somewhere you shouldn’t be? Get somewhere safe and give us a call. We’ll take it from there.
I’m locked out
Keys inside and doors locked? Give us a call and we’ll help you get back on your way.
I’ve been in an accident
First, make sure everyone is safe. When you’re ready, give us a call and we’ll help you work out what comes next.
A trailer needs moving
Have a trailer that needs to get from A to B? Tell us what you’re moving and we’ll help you plan it.
Something big and heavy
Not your everyday towing job? Tell us what needs moving and we’ll see what equipment the job calls for.
Meet the
machine.
Our blue heavy wrecker, unit 01. Tap a marker to see what to look for when a Milne’s truck pulls up.

Our own trucks
Milne's is on every door. When a truck pulls up, you'll know who sent it: our own crew, in our own trucks, not a middleman.
Our number, everywhere
The same number is on the truck, the sign and this website: (902) 679-5001. Before you call any tow company, check the number is actually local to your area.
Recovery equipment
The blue heavy wrecker, unit 01, is what we bring when a vehicle is off the road: ditches, snowbanks, icy shoulders.
The person who shows up
Navy shirts, reflective stripes, a Milne's cap. Every call connects to a real person from our crew.
Seven ways
we help.
Towing
When your vehicle won’t go any further, we tow it where it needs to go. Tell us where it is, what it is and where it’s headed.
Recovery
Ditches, snowbanks, icy roads. Vehicles go off the road, often in a snow storm and often at night. We pull them back out.
Get yourself somewhere safe first. Then call and tell us where you are and how the vehicle is sitting.
Lockouts
Keys locked in the vehicle. It happens to everyone. Call and tell us where you are and what you’re driving.
Trailer moving
Trailer season keeps us busy. If you have a travel trailer or another trailer that needs moving, tell us what it is, where it sits and where it’s going.
Not urgent? Send the details through the form and we’ll get back to you.
Landoll
Customers call us to move all kinds of big, heavy things. Tell us what it is, roughly how big and heavy, and where it needs to go, and we’ll tell you if we can move it.
Heavy towing
Broken down semi truck, trailer, box truck or motorhome? We tow the big ones too. Call and tell us what it is, where it’s sitting and where it needs to go.
Roadside assistance
Stuck at the side of the road? Call and tell us what’s wrong. We’ll tell you straight what we can do.

Right truck.
Right plan.
Our own crew, in our own trucks. No two jobs are exactly alike, so call and tell us what you’re dealing with and we’ll tell you what we can do.
Meet the crewGood to
know.
Are you open right now?
Call or text (902) 679-5001. That’s the quickest way to find out. Our compound and office are by appointment only, so please call or text before you come by.
Do you ask for an e-transfer before you send a truck?
We do not request e-transfers upfront for regular roadside assistance calls. If someone asks you to send money before a truck is dispatched, check who you’re talking to.
How do I know I’m calling you and not a middleman?
Our number is (902) 679-5001. Check whether the number you’re calling is actually local to your area. Save ours now so you have it when you need it.
Do you come to my area?
We’re based in the Kentville area. Call or text and tell us where you are, and we’ll tell you if we can get to you. See where we tow.
How much does a tow cost?
It depends on the job, so we don’t post prices. Call (902) 679-5001 or text (902) 293-4447, tell us what you need, and ask.
Can I visit the shop?
Yes, by appointment. Compound and office hours are by appointment only, so call or text first to make sure someone is available to assist you.
Tell us what
